PaymentPayment is done full upfront through Paypal or Ko-fi.Refund PolicyA refund will depend on the progress done. If nothing was started, you get a full refund. If the commission has been started, a percentage will be taken off of the refund. This percentage will depend on how much progress has been made.Declining OrderI take all rights to decline any order for any reason, and I am not obliged to provide said reasons (but I usually will). Make sure to read my dos & don'ts list.ReferencesYou may provide any kind of reference, as long as it is not NSFW (nudity is fine). Be aware that if the quality of the reference is bad, I am more likely to decline.RequirementsA vague idea is all I need and want.
I like to have as much creative freedom as I can when working. If you have specific poses or strict requirements for your piece, I kindly ask you to search another artist, as I am not the one for you.Turnaround timeExpect your piece to be completed within 2 weeks to 3 months depending on complexity and life events. This does not include waiting for approval time.
Please be patient with me, and know I will always try my best to be upfront about the time a piece will take me.Commission UsageMy work is made for personal use in mind. Unless agreed upon before starting the piece, do not resell my artwork, nor use it for merch of any kind. Do not use my art for NFTs or AI art, you will be blacklisted.PrivacyIf you do not ask for your commission to stay private, I will assume that it is fine for me to display it on my socials. Make sure to tell me.

ResellingYou may resell a design I have made at any given time.RedesigningOnce a character is yours, you may alter its design as much as you deem fit.UsageYou can use bought designs for any commercial use, if you so wish to do so.
If you use my designs to depict hate in a non-fictional way (i.e. representing actual hate speech, bigotry, and so on), you will be blacklisted & blocked.
If you use my designs in or for any generative AI art or NTFs, you will be blacklisted and blocked.OverallDo whatever you want with a design I've created, as long as you credit my art.
Commission Process
ContactTo commission me you must first take contact with me through Discord, Instagram, Bluesky or ToyHouse.
I prefer Discord for communicating, as I am more active there, but any will do. Expect a small delay.In DMs we will talk about the details of your commission. Only once I know what you want will I decline the order if I am not up for it.If I do not feel inspired by your character, I will inform you so you may choose another for me to look at.When I accept the commission, you will be added to my queue and I will tell you when I will start working on it, as well as an approximate guess on how long it might take.If you have a deadline you want me to meet, please inform me. If I know I cannot meet your deadline, I will tell you, and from there the commission may get cancelled.Start and ProgressI will start the commission as soon as I can once receiving payment.You are free to ask for progress at any given time, but do know I might not reply right away.You can and will get an update at each of those steps:
- Brainstorming
- Sketch
- Line
- Flat colours
- Shading and rendering
The first one will allow us to work on something that will satisfy you and I. The following steps are there for you to approve of, and so you can request changes and/or warn me of mistakes.Minor changes can be done at any time (small accessories, small color change, etc), whilst larger changes MUST be asked at the proper time, or else I will ask for an additional fee.
A large amount of small changes may also result in a fee.
Once a piece is completed, you get 1 week to ask for additional changes, but they will all cost a certain fee.Finished WorkOnce the piece is completed, I will send it to you in the highest quality through Mail or Discord.
You can request for me to send you a lower quality one for any reason.You must credit me if the artwork is to be posted somewhere. Credits can be to any of my socials. Credit my TH if posted on the site, same goes for Unvale.

| Rough Sketch: | Brainstorming and rough sketches are done first. |
| Sketch: | You may ask for pose changes, different clothing, etc. |
| Line (opt): | Similarly to the sketch, you can request smaller edits to the pose, clothing, and so on. |
| Flat Colour: | Best time to inform me of colour mistakes, such as pattern or wrong colour. You can still request smaller edits. |
| Shading/Rendering: | We are getting close to finishing, this is the moment I add small details, accessories and so on. |
| Finished Work: | Sending you the finished piece in HQ through Mail or Discord. |
| Extra: | After the piece is finished, you can still request for changes, but they will cost a fee. The price will vary on the requested change/s. You have 1 week to ask for those changes. |
